Nuptial packages and Add-ons
We are delighted to be a part of your special day and have tailored our pricing* to help streamline planning. Pick a package to book the venue and then optionally add-on overnight accommodations and/or entertainment. All-inclusive wedding design packages are available and include: table setup/ take down, tent install & removal, linens, lights, decorations, table settings, live ceremony music, reception music/ DJ, catering, shuttle service and photography.
Elopement Package
Best for intimate ceremonies, Includes use of The Big House for 5 hours. Max 30 guests. Can be combined with the Honeymooners Add-On and The PG Show Add-on.
Outdoor Wedding Package
Best for big outdoor weddings ,includes use of all private grounds including the Tractor Shed Stage and party barn for 12 hours. Max capacity of 150 outdoors with max parking for 30 cars.
Indoor/Outdoor Wedding & Reception Package
Best for boutique weddings, Includes use of all private grounds, Tractor Shed Stage, party barn and The Big House for 12 hours. Max capacity of 150 outdoors, max capacity 30 indoors with max parking for 30 cars. Includes discounted rates for bridal luncheons, engagement photoshoots and wedding showers.
Includes a reservation for the night following your wedding or elopement in our East bedroom suite. To create an ambiance of romance, we will prepare the suite with matching couple robes, a bottle of champagne, a selection of fresh flowers, ambient candles, and an array of luxurious spa products. These will be yours to enjoy in the comfort of our exquisite spa-themed upstairs bathroom.
Wedding Party Package
Includes booking the nights before and after your event for max 12 guests in The Big House. Access to the billiards room and finished basement included. Can only be added on to the wedding & reception package.

Parties and Showers
The Land is the ideal venue for hosting a variety of events, including anniversary celebrations, baby showers, birthday parties, bridal and wedding showers, concerts, corporate events, fundraisers, graduation parties, holiday parties, homecoming and prom dinners, marriage proposals, quinceañeras, rehearsal dinners, and reunions.
House party
Best for catered events, book The Big House for 5 hours. Max 30 guests. Can be combined with the Out-of-towners Add-On and Lawn party.
Out-of-Towners package
Includes booking the nights before and after your event for max 12 guests in The Big House. Access to the billiards room and finished basement included. Can only be added on to the House Party package.
Photoshoots, Filming, Recording & Art Shows
We look forward to partnering with freelancers or being part of your passion project! Studio projects needing min construction are also welcome.
Hourly
You'll have full access to the house and grounds for 1 hour.
Daily
You'll have full access to the house and grounds for 12 hours.
Studio Project
Access varies depending on project scope and if overnight accommodations are requested.
