Situated on a hill, The Land offers amenities uncommon to the area. We have an orchard, many meadows, clusters of mature oaks, acres of botanical gardens and many rare native species. For outdoor ceremonies, we converted our tractor shed to a lush open-air venue. After the ceremony or keynote, host a dance party or get ready in our party barn.

Originally named "Oak Hill Farm", The Land is nestled on a hill offering peace and privacy.
Eat organic fruit from one of our giant fig trees.
There are 3 giant fig trees on the West side of the property that ripen late summer.
Pick bluberries in the orchard.
On the East side of the property we have an orchard with blueberry bushes you can enjoy picking mid-to-late summer, as well as apple, pecan, mulberry and pear trees.

The property is especially walkable with everything within a 5mins walking distance.

Land Family Home shares borders with only one neighbor, the other three sides are surrounded by a 50 acre wildlife conserve.
Plan to park like you're in the country
Where there used to be vegetable gardens is now a large flat open space for guest parking.
Plan to have a valet to direct parking depending on the number of guests for your event.

The orchard also has apple and pear trees you can pick late summer.
