Located just 10 minutes from downtown Monroe, we offer 8 acres of meadows, gardens, an orchard, wooded trails and oak clusters with rare native plant species abound surrounded by a 50 acre nature conserve.

The Big House, a 4k sq ft Cape Cod cottage, features four porches, a library parlor, an atrium dining hall, billiards room, three bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. Richly colored interiors and nature-themed wallpapers complement the heirloom furniture and art. Bedrooms are available to book the day before and after your event.

Our original farm tractor shed has been converted to a stage and is perfect for ceremonies, concerts and keynotes. Opening up to a large meadows surrounded by azalea bushes, oaks, cypress and myrtles, the stage is an ideal setting for large outdoor events. As a bonus, performers can get ready backstage in the rustic green room.

You'll never run out of conversation topics in the sumptuous espalier library parlor. Our library provides a perfect backdrop for live music while the artfully decorated sunken living room curates space for engaging discourse. Serve your guests in our light drenched atrium dining space with a fully stocked cook's kitchen. 

Curl up with a book and get lost in wonder while enjoying one of our three artfully decorated bedroom suites. Bed sets are restored heirloom antiques from the 1800s mixed with bespoke vintage pieces. Custom lighting lets you set the mood and tune out distractions to get into a creative flow. Bedrooms are available to book the day before and after your event.

Be immersed in nature by enjoying serene views and sounds of The Land from any of our four porches. With our screened-in sitting porch, rocking chair front porch and Florida room for parties we have options for all seasons to keep you comfortable outdoors year round.
